Concert Staffing

As you think about the concert event. Many people will come to mind who will be happy to work to help this event to run smoothly.  Here is a sample list of some ideas of where you may wish to start in looking for help.  You can add or delete as it fits your situation.

Poster Distribution
– Personal Ministries leader
Postcard Mailing – church office or PM project
Audio Visual (sound, lighting, video) – PA or Media Chairman
Stage Setup and/or Decorations – Church Decorations Committee Chairman
Greeting  – Greeting Committee Chairman
Ticket Sales and/or Collection – Someone appointed - often Finance Committee member
Security – Head Deacon
Choir Director – Choir Leader or qualified  musician
Artist Care & Pre-Concert Meal – Hospitality Committee member or Deaconess, etc.
Product Sales Assistance – Someone appointed - often Finance Committee member
Photography – Church photographer
Reception – Hospitality Committee Chairman
