Gift Drawing

Each evening we have a drawing where we give away some CDs. You can also join in and solicite additional items to be given away at the concert. Local business will often readily donate items such as TVs, DVDs, Beb & Breakfast Weekends, Airplane tickets, Houseboat Rentals, Free Restaraunt meals, Theatrical or Sporting Event Tickets, and more.

We have only a few moments to spend in the drawing and must limit the drawing items to 4 to 6 major gifts. In the past we have spent 30 minutes giving aways dozens of very small items. it makes for a very long evening, so please solicite items for the drawing carefully.

Once you have your major drawing items confirmed, please let us know and we will put a listing of drawing items on your web site.

Be sure to instruct our greeters to take the ticket stubs from each person arriving for the concert. if they don't have a ticket, please have blank index cards available for people to fill out when they arrive, if they want to be in the drawing.

Also, be sure to have your greeters have everyone put their names and address on the back of the ticket stub as well. The main purpose of the drawing is to increase your mailing list for future community events.
